What information do I collect?

When you request a free digital check, I collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your CVR number
• Your IP address
• Whether you agreed to hear from me about my services, and when

Using the CVR number, I retrieve publicly available information from the Danish Central Business Register — company name, address, industry code and status. That information is public and comes from the register, not from you.

When you write or call, I keep what you send: your message, your name and your contact details.

I don't use cookies for analytics or marketing. There's no tracking on this site, no Google Analytics and no Facebook pixel. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Why do I collect it?

To produce and send the report you asked for. That's the entire purpose of the form. The legal basis is that you requested it yourself.

To protect the site from abuse. Your IP address is used to limit how many requests can come from one place. It isn't stored in readable form — it's converted into a code that can't be reversed.

To contact you about my services — but only if you ticked the box. If you didn't, the only thing you'll hear from me is the report you asked for.

How long do I keep it?

12 months. After that I delete it.

The temporary data the system uses to prevent abuse and repeated requests is deleted automatically after 30 days at most.

Who do I share it with?

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone for marketing.

To make the site work I use a few suppliers who process the information on my behalf:

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

• Know what information I hold about you
• Have anything incorrect corrected
• Have your information deleted
• Withdraw your consent, if you gave it
• Complain to Datatilsynet if you think I'm doing something wrong

Write to hej@brugfornord.dk and I'll sort it. You don't need to give a reason.

If you no longer want to hear from me, there's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You can also just reply and say so.
